Kung Fu Partial Scholarship

Kung Fu partial scholarship

For a student sincerely committed to the practice.

The scholarship exists for someone who sincerely wants to train in the Kung Fu program but cannot currently afford the full quarterly tuition.

What it may provide

When space and the Academy’s circumstances allow, a partial scholarship may reduce Kung Fu tuition by as much as 40 percent. Assistance is limited and never guaranteed.

What it asks

Scholarship students commit to attending all three weekly Kung Fu classes—Monday, Wednesday and Friday—and to practicing at home between classes.

Who may apply

Prospective and current Kung Fu students who need financial assistance and can reliably pay at least 60 percent of the quarterly tuition may apply.

How decisions are made

Applications are considered individually, taking into account financial need, sincerity, readiness for the program and the Academy’s ability to extend support.

Before applying

Begin with a conversation.

Prospective students begin by requesting an observation. Current students may speak with Sifu Wang directly. If scholarship assistance may be appropriate, Sifu Wang will invite you to complete the application.
