2024 Rental Rates

***Please note: We require an 8-hour minimum commitment for all studio rentals (pre-paid). Please include time for setup and cleanup as part of the session durations listed below. Minimum session length is 2 hours. Cleaning fee and security deposit may be required.

Options:

4 x 2-hour sessions: $640 ($80/hr)
2 x 4-hour sessions (2 half days): $640 ($80/hr)
1 x 8-hour sessions (1 full day): $640 ($80/hr)

Discounts:

2 x 8-hour sessions (full weekend): $1,152 ($72/hr)

**Further discounts may be available for rental commitments over 16 hours in total duration (pre-paid). Please contact us to discuss!

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be applied as follows if an event is cancelled for any reason after signing:

• 40% of studio rental if cancelled any time after the contract is signed
• 65% of studio rental if cancelled within 30 days of the event
• 80% of studio rental if cancelled within 7 days of the event
• No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event
